Understand a video template before creating

Learn the difference between a reference sample, draft settings and a video delivered to your account.

A reference sample shows the idea

Samples explain the scene, camera and mood and are labeled separately from user results. The Burning Bridges reference is 15.04 seconds; your output follows the model, resolution and duration you select. Exact motion or identity fidelity is not guaranteed.

Check the settings and sound

Read the number of inputs, length, aspect ratio and sound information on the page. A vertical reference does not promise every output shape, and a silent sample does not prove music generation. Final model, resolution and supported settings must be verified before paid generation opens.

Understand credits and expiry

One-time packs and monthly or annual plans use credits. Usage depends on model, resolution and length. Packs never expire; subscription credits expire at billing-period end. Check the pricing page for amounts. Purchases and paid generation are currently closed.

Find the result and ask for help

Your generated video belongs to your account and task, and you can return to it in My creations. Check likeness and actions before sharing. Technical failures, uncertain submissions and quality complaints require different handling; contact Support with the task ID if needed.
