Current service

PICTV operates at pictv.ai. Email/password and Google accounts, private uploads and one-time credit purchases and Burning Bridges generation are available. Burning Bridges uses one photo and portrait framing. Mini and Fast support 480p/720p; Standard and 2.5 support 480p/720p/1080p. Select a whole-second duration from 5 to 15 seconds, without audio. Credits depend on your settings. Other effect templates remain previews.

Text-to-image generation is also available at /image: One square image per task: Z-Image, Seedream 4.0 and 4.5 cost 1 credit; Seedream 5.0 Pro costs 2 credits. Output format depends on the model. Prompts are sent to KIE and to SeeAPI for text screening; generated images are screened by SeeAPI before private delivery. Generated image files are retained for 30 days. Task history and prompt records may remain for recovery, accounting and support.

Information and purposes

We process account names, emails, authentication and session records to operate accounts. Google login requests basic profile and email, without Gmail or Drive access. Email/password registration does not require a verification email. Resend sends password recovery links; welcome, payment and generation-completion emails are not currently connected.

Uploads include image bytes, file/dimension checks, owner identifiers, hashes and draft settings. These support private storage, draft recovery and cross-account protection. Choosing a local file does not itself authorize paid generation. Stripe hosts checkout; PICTV stores order identifiers, verified events and credit accounting, not complete card numbers.

Support records contain your messages and authorized staff replies. Include order/task IDs when relevant. Never include passwords, verification links, API keys, full card numbers or private photo URLs.

Providers and sharing

Cloudflare hosts the website, independent D1 database, private R2 media and background tasks. DNS management is separate from email delivery. Stripe processes payments and Resend handles recovery email.

For the available template, selected photos and instructions are sent to KIE. SeeAPI screens photos and text before generation and video before delivery. Submitted photos do not remain exclusively inside PICTV infrastructure. Supplier records follow their own terms, locations and retention rules; deleting a PICTV object does not prove deletion of supplier copies.

We do not sell personal information. Necessary disclosure may occur to comply with law, protect accounts or investigate abuse.

Retention and security

Private photos and generated videos have a 30-day lifetime, with access denied after expiry and scheduled cleanup. Temporary links, QR transfer tickets and sessions have separate expiry rules. Possession of a transfer link may allow its limited operation until expiry; do not publish it.

Permanent one-time credits do not provide permanent media storage. Browser deletion does not erase server records; server deletion does not remove your downloads. Accounting, support, security and backup records may require different retention for disputes, recovery or legal obligations. We do not promise immediate erasure of every copy.

We use HTTPS, ownership checks, bounded file validation and encrypted provider settings. These are not a guarantee of absolute security. Classification can be wrong and does not prove age, identity or portrait permission.

Requests and updates

Use Support to request access, correction, export or deletion. We verify ownership and consider records that must be retained. Self-service account export/deletion are not implemented; the form records a request and does not automatically delete data. If you cannot sign in, use password recovery.

Changes appear with the date above. Use the authenticated support conversation; do not send sensitive data to unrelated projects or unverified addresses.

Generic image-to-video and text-to-video offer landscape, portrait or square output. Choose Mini or Fast at 480p/720p, or Standard or 2.5 at 480p/720p/1080p. Select any whole-second duration from 5 to 15 seconds. Output is silent. Credits vary with model, resolution and duration; confirm the quote before generating. The fixed effect is portrait; generic tools also support landscape and square. Text and output safety review applies; photo inputs also require per-image review and consent. New model integration is separate from real-output quality acceptance.
