Refund Policy

1. General Policy

Credit packs purchased on PicTV are generally non-refundable. Credits are consumed immediately upon video generation and cannot be returned.

2. Eligible Refunds

We will issue a refund in the following circumstances:

• Duplicate charge due to a technical error on our part
• Video generation consistently failed due to a service outage on our side
• Unauthorized use of your payment method (subject to verification)

3. How to Request a Refund

To request a refund, email us at support@pictv.ai within 14 days of your purchase. Include your account email, the purchase date, and the reason for your request. We will respond within 3 business days.

4. Processing

Approved refunds will be processed through Stripe to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.
