Refund Policy

Credit packs purchased on PicTV are generally non-refundable. Credits are consumed immediately upon video generation and cannot be returned.

Subscription cancellation takes effect at the end of the current paid period. Paid access remains available until then, and cancellation or an account-deletion request does not automatically create a prorated refund.

We will issue a refund in the following circumstances:

• Duplicate charge due to a technical error on our part
• Video generation consistently failed due to a service outage on our side
• Unauthorized use of your payment method (subject to verification)

To request a refund, contact us within 14 days of your purchase. Include your account email, the purchase date, and the reason for your request. We will respond within 3 business days.

Approved refunds will be processed through Stripe to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.
