Service and accounts

PICTV offers photo-to-video templates at pictv.ai. Accounts, private uploads, one-time credit purchases and Burning Bridges generation are available. Burning Bridges uses one photo and portrait framing. Mini and Fast support 480p/720p; Standard and 2.5 support 480p/720p/1080p. Select a whole-second duration from 5 to 15 seconds, without audio. Credits depend on the selected model, resolution and duration; confirm the quote before submitting. Other effect templates remain previews. Model options and samples do not guarantee output quality or identical results for every photo.

Protect your account and supply accurate information. Use only material you have rights and required portrait permissions to use. Do not impersonate people, submit illegal/exploitative content, infringe rights, evade safety controls or access another user's files.

Text-to-image generation is also available at /image: One square image per task: Z-Image, Seedream 4.0 and 4.5 cost 1 credit; Seedream 5.0 Pro costs 2 credits. Output format depends on the model. Prompts are sent to KIE and to SeeAPI for text screening; generated images are screened by SeeAPI before private delivery. Generated image files are retained for 30 days. Task history and prompt records may remain for recovery, accounting and support.

Credits and payment

Current one-time offers are US$6.99/10 credits, US$29/50, US$99/350, US$199/900 and US$499/3000. They do not renew; these one-time credits do not expire. Monthly/yearly subscriptions are not open for purchase on the formal site.

Buying credits adds credit to your account; it does not automatically start a video task. Credits are granted after server verification of payment; returning from checkout is not proof of payment. Task cost depends on the accepted model/settings; one credit does not mean one video.

Tasks and quality

Check the available template’s inputs, specifications and cost before submitting. Screening can reject or hold content; it does not prove age, identity or permission. AI results may contain identity, movement or other errors.

Uncertain submission results must be investigated before a second paid request. A failed save should retry saving, not generate again. Quality complaints and credit adjustments are reviewed separately from technical-failure releases. Submitting a complaint does not change your balance.

Media and requests

Private media is kept for 30 days; download results you wish to retain. Permanent credits do not include permanent storage. Respect other people's rights in using outputs. See the Privacy Policy.

Use Support for billing, privacy or task issues and read Refunds & payment help. Include order/task IDs, not credentials or sensitive payment details. The form does not automatically refund or grant credits. An approved refund must correspond to the verified payment with its accounting history retained. Nothing here removes rights that cannot lawfully be excluded.

Self-service deletion/export are not available; requests require identity checks and consideration of records that must be kept. Account closure does not erase your downloads or required financial history. We may restrict misuse or protect at-risk accounts. Changes are reflected in the site/date; future templates, models and songs are not claimed to be currently available or licensed.

Generic image-to-video and text-to-video offer landscape, portrait or square output. Choose Mini or Fast at 480p/720p, or Standard or 2.5 at 480p/720p/1080p. Select any whole-second duration from 5 to 15 seconds. Output is silent. Credits vary with model, resolution and duration; confirm the quote before generating. The fixed effect is portrait; generic tools also support landscape and square. Text and output safety review applies; photo inputs also require per-image review and consent. New model integration is separate from real-output quality acceptance.
