1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing or using PicTV ("the Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.
2. Description of Service
PicTV provides an AI-powered platform for generating videos from images and text prompts. Videos are generated using third-party AI models and delivered to you via download or streaming.
3. User Accounts
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials. You are responsible for all activities that occur under your account.
4. Credits and Payments
Video generation consumes credits purchased through the Service. Credits are non-refundable except as required by applicable law. Subscription credits expire at the next monthly billing anniversary, based on the subscription start date, without rolling over. Annual plans receive 12 monthly credit grants. If the billing day does not exist in a month, that month uses its last day. One-time credit pack credits are valid for 12 months from purchase.
Subscription cancellation takes effect at the end of the current paid period. Access continues until that date and cancellation does not automatically issue a refund. Self-service account deletion is available after the subscription ends; an immediate deletion request requires manual review.
5. Intellectual Property
You retain ownership of content you upload. Videos generated by the Service are yours to use commercially — including in advertisements, on social media, and on your website — with no royalties or additional fees.
6. Limitation of Liability
The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. PicTV is not liable for any damages arising from your use of the Service.
