When you use PicTV, we collect your email address, uploaded images, and video generation prompts to provide our AI video generation service. We also collect payment information through Stripe, our payment processor.

2. How We Use Your Information

We use your email to manage your account and communicate service updates. Your uploaded images and prompts are used solely to generate your requested videos. We do not use your content to train AI models.

3. Data Storage

Your data is stored on Supabase and Cloudflare infrastructure. Generated videos are stored on Cloudflare R2. Payment data is processed and stored by Stripe — we do not store your full credit card details.

4. Third-Party Services

We use the following third-party services to operate PicTV:

• Supabase — authentication and database
• Stripe — payment processing
• BytePlus — AI video generation
• Cloudflare — hosting and content delivery

5. Your Rights

You may request deletion of your account and associated data at any time by contacting us. We will process your request within 30 days.
